The goal was to identify both areas of strength and aspects requiring improvement, ensuring learners remained engaged and supported throughout their journey.
Skopos designed and deployed a learner satisfaction survey, triggered at the conclusion of each course component. The survey technology was fully device-agnostic – allowing completion via desktop, mobile, or tablet – a critical factor given the demographic diversity of the learner base.
The programme delivered real-time feedback across key performance metrics including satisfaction, engagement, and advocacy, reported at national, regional, and provider levels. This enabled learndirect to take swift restorative action where performance lagged, while also recognising and reinforcing positive activity. As a result, the organisation was able to strengthen overall learner satisfaction and drive continuous improvement across its network.
