Over the years, British Gas has commissioned Skopos London across various projects in relation to optimising customer touchpoint interactions; as well as screening their marketing activity prior to launch – with a view to maximising audience cut through.
Various research approaches have been employed – dependent upon the customer experience channel being assessed (relevance being key). For the marcomms screening, the majority of activity has been conducted via online panels.
Full, directional, reporting has been provided, often allied with activation workshops – to aid operational implementation of the illumination gained.
